GeneNext Medicare implements quality management system as per ISO: 15189 and provide services in accordance with National and International Standards to generate technically valid results/data.

GeneNext Medicare ensures that all personnel involved in the quality of operations familiarize with the policies and procedures of the quality system and implement the same in their work.

GeneNext Medicare established concurrent monitoring mechanisms of review and reflection of its operations for ensuring Continual Quality Improvement.

Quality Management

Formal Quality Assurance Program which provides a systematic method for continuous reflection, monitoring and evaluating the quality of the laboratory services is in place. All the Quality Assurance Programs in the laboratory are implemented by the independent Quality Assurance Department, which is headed by Quality Manager. The QAD is supported two Quality Assurance Executives, who monitor the quality parameters on daily basis. 


The ultimate goal of the Quality Assurance Program is to ensure the delivery of the highest possible level of patient care. This includes maximum diagnostic accuracy by dual pathologists review for every case, external consultation of difficult cases by nationally recognized physicians, timely reporting of test results, effective communication with clinical staff, and appropriate utilization of laboratory services.

 

Our laboratory routinely utilizes several controls to ensure that each assay run has been performed appropriately and according to protocol specifications.

 

Participation in External Proficiency Programs at National and International level is in place which ensures reliability, accuracy and precision of the testing equipment and competence of scientists.

 

Quality Assurance includes in-house consultation and case reviews, as well as on-request consultation. The entire lab activities are subjected to continuous and strict quality control. Each department at the lab consists of a senior scientist overseeing and maintaining quality.
